Through initiatives such as the Social and Economic Inclusion Grant for Persons with Disabilities, Richard Spragg was placed on the paid 6-week work Apprenticeship Program at Sweetie Confectionery Company Limited, Kingston. The company has since offered Richard full-time employment. This opportunity has positioned Richard to gain experience, improve his skill level, contribute to his family and the productivity of the country.
